SHIPPING AND DELIVERY – INDIA
Ashmora ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
ORDER DISPATCH
Ashmora orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
ORDER DELIVERY
For India:
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for nonmetro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.
International orders (Outside of India):
Every package goes from one checkpoint to another before it gets delivered to you safely, the process takes time but the travel is quick. You can expect your package within 5 to 10 days from your order date. In some rare cases, any delays can be brought to our notice info@ashmora.com and we shall provide you with better information for your query.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping within India:
Ashmora offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹150 is applicable for all COD orders within India.
International Shipping:
International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order and this will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to
us and also deduct the charges for the return.
Exchange Policy:
1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order. Request here.
2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a
customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
3. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on
delivery is not available for these orders.
4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
5. Product Exchange:
If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value,
the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.
RETURN POLICY
THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY, ONCE THE ORDER IS BOOKED.
You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.
It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
